<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 2124 <br /> <br />APPHOVING PLANS AND SPECIPICArrIONS POR <br />REDl'JOO D C1 ryy POLl CE STATION 5 AND <br />AUTHORIZING CI~rY CLJ~RY~ TO ADVERTISE FOR <br />BIDS POE CONSTEUCTION THEREOF <br /> <br />vJHEHEAS, fJJr. Bernard Nobler has submi tted to this <br /> <br />Council certain plans and specifications for the construc- <br /> <br />tion of a new police station building in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and <br /> <br />desires to signify its approval thereof and au thorize <br /> <br />the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the construction <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br />HOlrJ, THEHEFOHE, BE IT HESOLVED BY ~[1HE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE C1lry OF REDlrJOOD CITY AS FOLLO~'JS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifi- <br /> <br />cations for the Red'\rJood Ci ty Police Station" prepared by <br /> <br />Bernard Nobler on file in the office of the City Clerk are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled llRedwood City Police <br /> <br />station" prepared by Bernard Nobler on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk are hereby approved. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby autnorized and directed <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the construction of said building <br /> <br />in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, <br /> <br />said adverti sement to be in the form of the.t certain HNotice <br /> <br />to Contractors" set forth in the abovementioned specifications. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
