RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 2129 APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM HILLTOP DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS (Eaton Avenue to Alameda de l~s Pulgas) WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City did, on August 27, 1956 pass and adopt a'resolution, No. 2090 , 'Ordering certain work and improvements; said wOl~k and improvem.ents being described and set out in Resolution of Intention No. 2074 of Gaid CouneiJ., passed and adopted on July 30, 1956 said resolutions both being on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which resolutions reference is hereby made for further particulars; and ~~EREAS said Resolution No. 2090 directed the City Engineer of Redwood City to make and sign the assessments to bo made for the work and improvements to be done under said Resolution of Intention No. 2074 .; and WHEREAS the City Engineer of the Ctty of Redwood Clty has prepared and presented for the approval of the Council of Redwood City a diagram of the property affected or benefited by the work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 2074 and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof " said diagram showing each separate lot, piece or parcel of land and the dimensions of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and the relative location of the same to the work proposed to be done, all within the limits of the assessment district set out in said ResolutJ.on of Intention No. 2074 ,. NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED; that the diagram presented by the City Engineer for approval, as such diagram is hereirbcforc described> be~ and it hereby is, approved. FURTHER RESOLVED; that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City be~ and he hereby is, directed to certify to the date of such diagram's approval. * * * *
