<br />Parcell: <br />All that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood <br />City; County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: <br />The Easterly 1/2 of the Embarcadero or Redwood Creek; extending <br />from the northerly line of Midd1efie1d Road, along the westerly line <br />of Main street, Lots 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, <br />59, 60 and 61, as said lots are designated on the map entitled <br />tr TO~JN OF MEZESVILLE", which map was filed in the office of the <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on August <br />1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at page 79. <br />ALSO the navigable portion, if any~ of the West half of said <br />Creek, within the above mentioned North and South limits. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion thereof included within lands <br />described as Parcel 13 in Decree Quieting Title had in the Superior <br />Court in and for the County of San Mateo, state of California, under <br />Case No. 19308.
