That said property is suitable, adaptable, necessary and required for the public use of the said City of Redwood City, to wit, for the purpose of extending Marshall street between Main street and Jefferson Avenue, for the construction of public parking facilities in an area bounded by Main street, Middlefield Road, Jefferson Avenue and Bradford Street, for the construction and installation of storm drainage facilities in an area bounded by Main Street, Middlefield Road, Jefferson Avenue and Bayshore Highway and for the purpose of widening Bradford street between Jefferson Avenue and Main street, and that a fee 'ownership in all of the above described property is necessary for the afore- mentioned purposes. 3. That Currie, Lebsack & Hannig of the City of Redwood City are hereby designated as special attorneys for the City of Redwood City for the purpose of acquiring the above described property and are hereby ordered and directed to commence pro- ceedings in eminent domain against the owners of said parcels of land and in any or all interest therein or claims thereto, for the condemnation thereof for the public use of the City of Redwood City as aforesaid and to obtain immediate possession and use of said property. * * * Passed and adopted by the Council of Redwood City at a re~ular November meeting thereof, held on the l~th day of J 19561 by the following vote: AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the fore- going resolution, Councilmen: BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, HERKNER, SPILLERS, STOUT and WEISS NOES, Councilmen: NONE ABSENT, Councilmen: ROYER '-_ _ /:.
