<br />designated Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, <br />Oakliegh Park, said lots being situate at <br />the southeast corner of Nimitz Avenue and <br />Woodside Road. <br /> <br />3. The variance hereinabove granted shall be subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />regular <br />:November <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordi- <br />nances and/or parts thereof, other than as <br />directly and expressly adjusted by the terms of <br />the variance granted herein, shall be strictly <br />complied with. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Any proposed construction, alteration or change <br />of any structure or structures situate within the <br />property referred to above shall be in conformity <br />with such representations, maps, plats and/or plans <br />as may hereinbefore have been approved by the <br />Council and the Board of Adjustments o:f the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Grantee L. N. Meleyco shall construct and install <br />at his own cost and expense, over and along the <br />rear of said lots adjacent to the creek bank <br />situate along the rear thereof, a retaining wall <br />in aceordance with plans and specifications to be <br />approved by the City Engineer; said construotion <br />to be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Grantee, L. N. Meleyco, shall not apply :for nor <br />obtain any building pennit for construction on any <br />or all of said lots, nor shall any building permit <br />be issued tor any or all of said lots until such <br />time as drawings or sketches showing architectural- <br />ly the elevations of the proposed building or <br />structure and proposed landscaping or other treat- <br />ment of the grounds around. such building or structure <br />be submitted to and approved by the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Redwood City, or the <br />Architectural Committee thereo~. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />( d) <br /> <br />(e) Any building or structure erected upon said lots <br />shall front on Nimitz Avenue and driveway facilities <br />for ingress and egress of vehicles, shall be pro- <br />vided as follows: <br /> <br />(l) There shall be no driveway ingress to said lots <br />from Woodside Road. <br /> <br />(2) A driveway may be provided for egress only, <br />trom said lots to Woodside Road. <br /> <br />(3) There shall be driveway access to said lots <br />from :Nimitz Avenue. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of~ Redwood City at a <br /> <br />meeting thereof, held on the 19th day of <br />I 1956, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the <br /> <br />-2- <br />
