<br />L.. ...It <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />B 2.- ~5 <br /> <br />--,_.-.- _. -,,_.-. -- <br /> <br />ORDERING STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO <br />ABATE WEED NUISANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2132, adopted by the Council <br />of Redwood City on November 5, 19$6, said Gouncil declared <br />weeds growing upon al of the sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, <br />boulevards and highways, and upon all of the lots and property <br />in the City of -Redwood City to be a nuisance, and ordered their <br />abatement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution Io. 2132 ordered a public hear- <br /> <br />ing to hear any objections to the removal of ,said weeds on <br />November 26, 1956; and <br />WHEREAS, due notice of such hearing was given as required <br />by Ordinance No. 748 of the City of Redwood City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City hereby <br /> <br />resolves as follows: <br /> <br />1. That Sl.. 1 protests, oral and written, to the removal <br /> <br /> <br />of any weeds and the abatement of same declared to be a nuisance <br /> <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 2132 of the Council of Redwood City, are <br /> <br /> <br />hereby overruled. <br /> <br /> <br />2. That the street Superintendent of Red~ood City be, <br /> <br />and he hereby is, directed to remove, or cause, to be removed, <br />all the weeds declared to be a nuisance by said Resolution No. <br />21.32 at the expense of' the owners of the lots or property upon <br />which, or in front of which, such nuisance exists. <br />3.
