RESOLUTION NO. 2149 AurrHORIZING AND DIRECrJ.1ING THE SALE OF $150,,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF ClrrY OF REDWOOD CITY 1956 POLICE STATION BONDS, b\IHEREAS, the Ci ty of Redwood City has heretofore duly authorized the issuance of $150,000 prin6ipal amount of City of Redwood City 1956 Police Station Bonds, and it is desirable that said bonds be offered for sale at this time, NO\^! J THEHEFORE, BE IT ,.RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, California, as follows: Section 1. That Monday, the 17th day of December, 1956, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. (P.S.T.) is hereby fixed as the time, and the office of the City Clerk in the City of Redwood City is hereby fixed as the place at which bids will be received for the purchase of $150,000 principal amount of City of Redwood City 1956 Police Station Bonds~ Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the sale of said bonds to be published once in the REDvlOOD CI'J.1Y TRIBUNE, the official newspaper of said City. Such Notice of Sale shall be substantially in the following form, to wit: OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY 1956 POLICE STATION BONDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Council of the City of Redwood City, state of California, at the office of the City Clerk thereof, City Hall, Redwood City, California, on " MONDAY, DECEMBER 17, 1956 at the hour of 8:00 P.M.
