<br />protest and object to the establishment, organization, construc- <br />tion or installation of the abovementioned proposed drainage <br />system as set forth in those certain preliminary plans therefor <br />submitted to the City of Redwood City September 14, 1956 by <br />Mr. Edwin H. Smith, Consulting Engineer. <br />2.
