This <br />proposal is based upon emails and phone conversations with Brian Lee and review existing <br />plans and specifications sent to me by the City. We understand that this project will be <br />packaged with the original Marshilll Street Garage Repainting Project and will be traditionally <br />bid. Final documents will be completed to a level appropriate to this delivery method. This <br />proposill illso includes additional scope for the Garage project: additional meeting time and an <br />opinion of probable cost which the City has asked me to perform on past projects. Scope is limited to what can be verified visually without <br />excavation or removill of existing finishes, structures, equipment, or objects. <br />Preparation of additional new construction documents, utilizing existing <br />documents, to describe the extent and level of quillity required for the repainting of <br />the underpass. <br />Preparation of new specifications based on existing project specifications and <br />modified to meet the requirements of this project. <br />Three meetings with City Staff to develop fmillize and approve of the proposed <br />plans and specifications for both the Garage and Underpass portions. <br />Preparation of Final Construction Documents (plans, elevations, signage and <br />specs) for use in the bidding process. <br />Preparation of an Opinion of Probable cost for both the Garage and Underpass <br />portions. <br /> <br />The above services are based on the following assumptions and/or exclusions: <br /> <br />1. The City shall make available any existing drawings, surveys, reports, building <br />standards and any other applicable information as it pertains to this site and scope <br />of work. <br />2. Any permit requirements or agency review will be the responsibility of the City. <br />3. Crosby Group will be responsible for technical specs as required for repainting and <br />signage. Technical specs will be delivered to the City for inclusion into the finill <br />Project Manual or Specification book. <br />
