The following is a list of seniices to be performed <br /> by Consultant, or subcontractar{s}at direction of Consultant: <br /> (. Public Outreach Proaram <br /> a. interviews with local residents, thought leaders and involved community <br /> members about the impact of another jail in the downtown of Redwood <br /> City to better understand the concerns to develop materials. <br /> b. Perform an online and social media audit to identify current individual <br /> opponents and organizations to begin an informafiian program. <br /> c. Perform due diligence to identify potential allies and supporters, such as <br /> members of politically active community organizations and community <br /> thought leaders. <br /> d. Create and finalize database and targeting �lan for community outreach <br /> effort. <br /> e. Meet with team members and discuss resuits af research, identify key <br /> messages, and deliver strategic and tactical plan. <br /> �. Create and write targeted direct mail tetters and emails. <br /> g. Create and distrib�te a unew jail"fact booklet. <br /> h. Create social media program to identify and educate jail opponents. <br /> i. Target neighborhoods in proximity to praposed jai! for a doar to door <br /> informafion campaign to gar�er support and solicit their feedback. <br /> }. Create presentations for public hearings. <br /> k. Mobilize opposition leading up to pubiic hearings. <br /> II. Proiect Manaqement and Caordination <br /> a. Prepare evaluatian of alternative sites, based on County criteria <br /> established to date. <br /> b. Re#ain, coordinate, and manage a planner/architect to prepare a critical <br /> analysis of the County's criteria established to date that has been used in <br /> site selection evaluations. <br /> c. Retain, coordinate,and manage economic development f�rm#o perForm an <br /> economic analysis of the impact of the jail on downtown Redwood City. <br /> d. Document arguments for the City Manager to communicate to County <br /> Staff before trip to Den�er, including detailed analysis of the impact of <br /> Denver's facility on its down#own as compared to the expansion of <br /> Maguire in Redwood City. <br /> e. Attend meeting with HOK Architects and County. <br /> f.
