Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the contract for the Hawes Park Renovation Project to the third lowest bidder, Robert A. Bothman, Inc. of San Jose, for their responsive and responsible bid of$1,421,128.00 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to 10% of the amount awarded if necessary 6.2 Final Acceptance A.
