Inc�ease green building throughout the region by sharing best practices with other <br /> area cities through such entities as]aint Venture Silicon Valley and the Green <br /> Buildi�g Public Agency Council. <br /> b. Showcase innovative green building techniques in the community. <br /> c. Hast water conservation and green building educational workshops in the community <br /> d.
