Elite's request that the <br />City rely upon a supervising employee's past experience with contractors other <br />than Elite does not comply with the bid requirement that Elite itself have been the <br />prime contractor on past jobs and to award to Elite would change the bid <br />specifications to the detriment of other bidders. <br />Reject the bid of Goodland Landscape Construction Inc of Tracy finding it to be <br />non-responsive as it failed to provide references as required by the bid <br />specifications. Approve the contract documents and award the contract for the <br />HawesPar novation Project to Robert A. Bothman Inc of San Jose for their <br />r��onsi and responsible bid of $1, 421,128.00 and authorize the City <br />Manag to increase the contract amount up to 10% of the amount awarded if <br />necessary. <br />ton passed 'a unanimous electronic vote by all those present. <br />nd inden <br />l City Clerk <br />
