Funds <br />were previously approved by the City Council in FY's: 2006-2007; 2007-2008; 2008- <br />2009 for this purpose and are available from the Gas Tax Construction Fund - <br />Emergency Vehicle TIS Pre-Empt which has an available balance of $285,672 as of <br />February 28, 2010. <br />
