I hope the conference was a success for you as well. <br /> <br />This letter will serve as a proposal based on the discussions we had during the conference <br />regarding the City's annual maintenance agreement for TRAKiT, and also for the migration of <br />TRAKiT to .NET at the City. <br /> <br />The current scheduled maintenance costs for the upcoming five (5) years is as follows: <br />3/1/2010 through 2/28/2011 $ 18,000 (invoiced 2/10/10) <br />3/1/2011 through 2/28/2012 $ 19,000 <br />3/1/2012 through 2/28/2013 $ 20,000 <br />3/1/2013 through 2/28/2014 $ 21,000 <br />3/1/2014 through 2/28/2015 $ 22,000 <br />The total for the period 3/1/2010 through 2/28/2015 will be $100,000 <br /> <br />aUf current fees for .NET migration are as follows: <br />Software (all existing modules) no charge <br />Four (4) days User Training $ 12,000 <br />Data Conversion $ 5,000 <br />User and Technical Support $ 2,500 <br />The total fee for .NET migration services will be $19,500 <br /> <br />We propose to provide all services listed above for a fixed-fee, single payment in the amount of <br />$100,000, if paid in full on or before April 17 , 2010. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss this issue further. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />CRW Systems <br /> <br />~/ <br /> <br />Christopher R.
