<br />6.2D <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AUTHORIZING THE USE OF JOBS FOR MAIN STREET ACT OF 2010 <br />FUNDS FOR THE CITY'S STREET RESURFACING AND OVERLAY <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jobs for Main Street Act of 2010 (JMSA) will provide grant funds <br />for local street and road projects, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the share of grant funds to Redwood City may be $1,820,000.00; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council approves the use of JMSA grant funds for the City's 2009- <br />2010 street resurfacing and overlay project.
