MIN (LKM Consulting) <br /> <br />~ , This Amendment No.1 is entered into and effective as of the..:;lil day of <br />Ju~eJ 2010, extending the agreement dated March 1, 2010 (the "Agreement") by <br />and. }>etween the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />of the State of California ("City"), serving as fiscal agent for Redwood City 2020 <br />and Linda K. Min, (LKM), a non profit and philanthropic consultant ("Consultant) <br />("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br />A. On March 1, 2010, the Parties executed the Agreement for evaluation <br />and data analysis services and <br /> <br />B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of 6 months; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br />covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br />hereby extended for a period of 6 months ending on December 15, 2010. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended <br />from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall <br />include coverage for this Amendment. <br />
