ORIGINAL <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR EVALUATION SERVICES FOR YO -IT'S YOUTH OUTDOORS <br /> Supported by a grant from the Stewardship Council <br /> LINDA K. MIN (LKM Consulting) <br /> This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the 64- of <br /> �∎gt -\ ' trt0, extending the agreement dated March 1, 2010 (the <br /> "Agreement ") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City "), serving as fiscal agent for <br /> Redwood City 2020 and Linda K. Min, (LKM), a non profit and philanthropic <br /> consultant ( "Consultant) ( "Consultant ") (collectively, the "Parties "). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On March 1, 2010, the Parties executed the Agreement for evaluation <br /> and data analysis services and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of 6 months; <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br /> covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br /> hereby extended for a period of 3 months ending on March 1, 2011. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended <br /> from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3.
