<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Communication and Information Support for <br />Redwood Creek Special Study Area <br /> <br />Data Instincts, Public Outreach Consultants <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />This scope of services provides for consultations to the City of Redwood City for the <br />purpose of processing and presenting information both internally and to the public <br />related to the evaluation and consideration of the Redwood Creek Special Study <br />Area. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall develop communications materials as requested by The City <br />Manager in coordination with City staff, the Planning Department and with the City's <br />designated consultant team on an as needed basis. These may include but are not <br />limited to a variety of informational collateral materials such as fact sheets, <br />PowerPoint presentations, Web page updates, educational materials, guidelines, <br />letters, and e-mail broadcasts. The consultant will coordinate directly with the City <br />Manager's office. <br /> <br />Not to exceed: $9,500 through initial evaluation of Special Study Area.
