<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Acterra will provide the City with a Green Gardener Training and Certification Program that includes the <br />delivery of three (3) courses comprised of eleven (11) weeks of classes. <br /> <br />The courses will be taught using the "Green Gardener" curriculum provided by the City. <br /> <br />At minimum, one (1) of the eleven week courses will be taught is Spanish. <br /> <br />The courses will begin on March 10, 2010 and will conclude with a final exam on May 24, 2010. <br /> <br />Acterra will receive $7500 for the delivery and completion of the three, eleven-week courses. <br /> <br />RDA Agreement under $10K <br />City Attorney Approved Version 012710 <br /> <br />4 <br />
