MINUTE ORDI~R <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />June 24, 1996 <br /> <br /> MO. 96-153 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: June 25, 1996 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Finance Director <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Easement #11B - Easement Uses - Redwood Shores (606) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 24, 1996. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan,Claire, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Hartnett <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carded and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: Buchan/Howard to accept Easement #1lB a public service and <br /> emergency access easements in gross in, under, over, across, and through the <br /> Easement Area for the sole and limited purposes of (i) operating, repairing, <br /> and maintaining underground public sanitary sewer lines and storm drains <br /> and related pipes, culverts, wires, conduit and other related facilities <br /> (collectively, "Facility Systems") and (ii) providing Grantee with emergency <br /> access to Lot A and Lot B for emergency vehicles and official emergency <br /> personnel (collectively, the "Easement Uses) (606); <br /> <br /> Adopted by unanimous roll call vote. <br /> <br />Carolyn Kiely <br />Acting City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
