07/09/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14271 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 2001 -2002 UTILITY TRENCH REPAIR SERVICE AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2001 -2002 Utility Trench Repair <br />Service (the "Contract Documents ") in the City of Redwood City, California, have <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the 2001 -2002 Utility Trench Repair Service, City of Redwood City, CA," <br />prepared by the Department of Public Works Services, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office the of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />2.
