MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETINO <br /> <br />June 24, 1996 <br />MO. 96-152 <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: June 25, 1996 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Finance Director <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Easement #11A - Easement Uses Redwood Shores (606) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 24, 1996. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan,Claire, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Hartnett <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: Buchan/Howard to accept Easement #1lA a public service and <br /> emergency access easements in gross in, under, over, across, and through the <br /> Easement Area for the purposes of (i) operating, repairing, and maintaining <br /> underground public sanitary sewer lines and storm drains and related pipes, <br /> culverts, wires, conduit, and other related facilities (collectively, "Facility <br /> Systems") and (ii) providing Grantee with emergency access to Lot A and <br /> Lot B for emergency vehicles and official emergency personnel <br /> (collectively, the "Easement Uses") (606); <br /> <br /> Adopted by unanimous roll call vote. <br /> <br />Carolyn Kiely 0 <br />Acting City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
