<br />i <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />NADINE LEVIN <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the 11- day of <br />August, 2010, extending the agreement dated April 19, 2010 (the "Agreement") <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California CICity"), serving as fiscal agent for Redwood <br />City 2020 and Nadine Levin ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br />A. On April 19, 2010, the Parties executed the Agreement Professional <br />Services and advice in project implementation and management and <br /> <br />B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of 12 months; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br />covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br />hereby extended for a period of 12 months ending on July 30,2011. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended <br />from time to time, shall remain in full force, and effect. <br /> <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall <br />include coverage for this Amendment. <br />
