r <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> NADINE LEVIN <br /> This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br /> July, 2011, extending the amended agreement No.1 dated August 10, 2010 (the <br /> "Agreement ") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City "), serving as fiscal agent for <br /> Redwood City 2020 and Nadine Levin ( "Consultant ") (collectively, the "Parties "). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On August 10, 2010, the Parties extended the Agreement Professional <br /> Services and advice in project implementation and management and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of 12 months; <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br /> covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br /> hereby extended for a period of 12 months ending on June 30, 2012. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended <br /> from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall <br /> include coverage for this Amendment. <br />
