Water meters or classes of water meters may be <br />read bi~monthly, and the corresponding billing period shall be for a two- <br />month period. In such event, the cubic foot delivery amounts specified in <br />the foregoing rate table shall be doubled for the purpose of computing the <br />applicable water quantity charges. <br /> <br />(h) After-hour Turn-on Fee. The fee for direct costs associated with turning <br />on water meters or classes of water meters during non-business hours of <br />the Public Works Services Department shall be $320.00. When after-hour <br />turn-on is requested by a user, this fee shall be charged and collected on <br />the user's next ensuing Utility Bill. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the date of <br />its adoption; provided, however, that water utility bills pertaining to the period before <br />July 1, 2010 shall reflect the existing billing service charges and fees for the portion of <br />the billing period prior to July 1, 2010 to which the bills apply. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
