Affordable Housing <br />Priority Needs: There is a high to critical priority need for affordable housing. The highest need <br />is for the lowest income groups. Housing market trends support this as a high need with the <br />need for housing affordable to extremely low income household the highest need. Affordable <br />housing is limited in its availability.
