The medium and long term housing needs are for transitional housing and permanent supportive housing. At the root of homelessness is a lack of affordable housing. Moderate priority needs are for fair housing, substance abuse treatment, chi/dcare, employment, crisis intervention, case management and emergency shelter (non-homeless).
