Artist's drawing of conceptual design, dimensions and colors. <br /> Step 3.b. Precise boards to scale of design as it will appear including actual color and <br /> dimension <br /> Step 3.c. Specific nature of materials and lighting. <br /> Design: Murals are not billboards; they must be non-commercial in nature and must <br /> tie into an existing "theme" or community "image." <br /> Murals must reflect a high level of artistic skill. <br /> Murals must provide interest and their ornamental characteristics should <br /> not be overly aggressive. <br /> Process: Artists must submit a proposal including design, dimensions, actual color <br /> and materials to be used in final artwork. <br /> <br /> <br />
