<br />C'r <br /> <br />(, <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />February 28, 1994 <br /> <br />MO. 94- 046 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: March 2,1994 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br />City Attorney <br />Council <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Fox Theatre Financial Review Sub-Committee Report <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 28, 1994 <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Claire, Greenalch, La Berge, Sanfilipo, Steinfeld and <br />Mayor Buchan <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br />SUB-COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) The release of $30,000 allocated for Peninsula Center Stage in the 1993-94 <br />budget based on review of the audited financial statements of Peninsula <br />Stage; <br />2) Council review, discuss and make decisions on the policy questions and <br />issues presented in the Sub-Committee Report, after presentation of the Fox <br />Theatre Task Force and prior to consideration of 1994-95 funding for <br />Peninsula Center Stage; and <br />3) Council consider the inclusion of a two Council Member financial review <br />committee as an ongoing part of the funding process. <br /> <br />MIS: GREENALCH/SANFILIPO TO ACCEPT RECOMMENDATIONS OF <br />THE SUBCOMMITTEE AS LISTED ABOVE. <br />MOTION C~ED BY ~ANIMOUS VOICE VOTE. <br /> <br />~~.~ <br /> <br />Arlyn C.
