Ensor and Eva Ensor, <br /> Frank Towne and Madeline Towne, Pauline Hanson and Alice <br /> Hanson(606) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 3, 1996 <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Harmett <br /> <br />Absent: Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: La Berge/Buchan to accept Quitclaim Deeds from Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> Co. for easements within the boundaries of Parcel Map No. 94-1, the City <br /> Center, and direct the City Clerk to accept and record deeds on behalf of the <br /> City; <br /> <br /> 1) Easement Quitclaim Deed: Rights granted by J.E. Ensor and Eva Ensor, <br /> Frank Towne and Madeline Tome, Pauline Hanson and Alice Hanson. <br /> Real property hereby quitclaimed is no longer necessary or useful to <br /> PG&E; <br /> Adopted by unanimous rol call vote. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
