<br />'., <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />J' <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />MO. 94-066 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: March 14, 1994 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br />City Attorney <br />Task Force <br />Assistant to the City Manager <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Restoration of Historic Theatres (1307-01) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 14, 1994 <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Claire, Gasparini, Greenalch, La Berge, Sanfilipo, Steinfeld <br />and Mayor Buchan <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S: LA BERGE/CLAIRE TO GRANT $12,400 OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />FUNDS TO HIRE A CONSULTANT WITH EXPERTISE IN THE <br />RESTORATION OF HISTORIC THEATRES TO COMPLETE AN <br />ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPTUAL PLAN FOR THE BUILDING. <br /> <br />Council Members discussed the City's commitment to the Fox Theatre as a <br />building owned by a non-profit organization, and asked for more information <br />from PCS as to its capital improvement plans for the building. Councilman <br />Sanfilipo stated that the City has no interest in this building and therefore <br />should not expend funds on capital improvements. <br />
