<br />V', <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />DO~NT((j)~N~ <br /> <br />TARGEl: <br /> <br />..-- -- <br />REDWOOD CITy <br /> <br />.~ <br />I <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is between Target Corporation <br />("Target" and the City of Redwood City Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") for Target <br />Family Days 2010. <br /> <br />Event Name <br />The summer series of family activities to be held in downtown Redwood City at <br />Courthouse Square and the adjacent streets shall be called "Target Family <br />Days" . <br /> <br />Event Dates <br /> <br />The 2010 Target Family "Day" will take place on the following Sundays: July 11, <br />August 8, and September 12. These events will begin at 11 a.m. and end at 3 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Sponsorship <br />The City of Redwood City Redevelopment Agency grants exclusive title <br />sponsorship of "Target Family Days" on the dates as outlined above. The <br />program will be referred to as "Target Family Days" in all advertising, <br />promotional or other materials prepared by or for the City of Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency. All materials must be sent to Target in advance for <br />final approval. These materials will include postcards, posters, and newspaper <br />ads. <br /> <br />Sponsorship Amount <br />Target Corporation agrees to pay by check the sum of $30,000 payable to <br />"Redwood City Redevelopment Agency" promptly upon signing of this <br />agreement, but not later than June 15, 2009 and mailed to: <br /> <br />Redwood City Redevelopment Agency <br />Attn: Jeannie Young <br />10 1 7 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />
