MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> May 13, 1996 <br /> <br /> MO. 96-101 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: May 15, 1996 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing - Appeal at 3738 Laurel Way (603) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 13, 1996. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan,Claire, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Hartnett <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> Public Hearing on the Appeal of the Decision by the zoning Administrator to <br /> deny four variances to construct a 2,100 square feet house at 3738 Laurel Way, <br /> Brad Whitaker, appellant. Affidavits of Publication of Public Hearing Notice <br /> and mailing are on file in the City Clerk Department. <br /> <br /> This appeal was continued from March 25, 1996 until this date on the request of <br /> the appellant, Brad Whitaker. <br /> <br /> THIS ITEM WAS DISCUSSED UNDER ORAL COMMUNICATIONS. <br /> <br /> This item was continued to a date to be determined later. Publication of notice <br /> and mailing of notices will be accomplished at least ten (10) days before the <br /> public hearing. <br /> <br />Arly~n C.
