Q OM:mf 10/21/80 NOV 1 7 1980 ORIGINAL RIGHTS PARCEL RES 0 L UTI 0 N N 0.8 740 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ASSIGNMENT OF THE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUBDIVIDER OF MAP NO. 77-2 SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, pursuant to Resolution No. 7912, adopted October 24, 1977, conditionally approved and accepted the final map of "Parcel Map No. 77-2", one of which conditions was that the owner of record or the subdivider of this property which is the subject of this proposed subdivision replace damaged curbs, gutters, and sidewalks; and WHEREAS, the owner of record of the property which is the subject of the proposed subdivision has requested that the City approve an assignment of all her rights and responsibilities to Solomon Shukman, Ludmila Shukman, George Greene, Martha Greene, and Noel Phillips (hereinafter called "Subdivider"); and WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is willing to approve such an assignment to Subdivider if it will unconditionally agree to perform all of the responsibilities of the former owner of the property (Patricia Forrest) for Parcel Map No. 77-2 Subdivision; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the assignment of all rights and responsibilities of the former owner of the property which is the subject of Parcel Map No. 77-2 to Subdivider is hereby approved. 2. That certain document entitled "Agreement for Public Improvements" (form dated 10/20/80) is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said document with Subdivider on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * *
