<br />--- <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:wb 11/13/80 <br /> <br />8737 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED NOVl 7 1980 <br />PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of certain <br /> <br />property .(miscellaneous fire alarm equipment); and <br />WHEREAS, this Council received evidence that the above <br /> <br />property is not needed for present or prospective municipal or <br /> <br />public purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said property at <br /> <br />a value of less than $1,000.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />declare said property surplus and authorize its sale in accordance <br /> <br />with Section 3-1/2(d) of the Charter of the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That this Council hereby finds that the city-owned property <br /> <br />(miscellaneous fire alarm equipment consisting of fire alarm street <br /> <br />boxes, fire alarm box pedestals, gamewell dispatch consoles, and a <br /> <br />circuit board console) is not now needed for any municipal or public <br /> <br />purpose and will not be needed for any municipal or public purpose <br /> <br />in the future, and hereby declares said property to be surplus <br /> <br />property. <br /> <br />2.
