<br />"" <br />, <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />(Jwc : mf <br /> <br />11/13/80 <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />NOV 1 7 1980 <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8733 <br /> <br />ORIGlfJAr <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />FOR WEED ABATEMENT - 1980-81 AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City Code Chapter 14 provides for a <br /> <br />procedure for the abatement of undesirabl~.vegetation in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to accomplish said weed abatement <br /> <br />program within the City, it is necessary and desirable that <br /> <br />certain specified work be performed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, specifications for such work have been prepared <br /> <br />by the Director of Public Works; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br /> <br />and General Requirements to Bidders Weed Eradication - 1980-81," <br /> <br />a copy of which is presently on file in the office of the Depart- <br /> <br />ment of Public Works, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of weed <br /> <br />eradication in accordance with the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
