provides treatment service for sewage emanating from the City and the Emerald <br />Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District, shall be the source of treatment <br />capacity for sewage emanating from the Annexing Territory, and treatment <br />capacity rights allocated to the County of San Mateo pursuant to the Capacity <br />Agreement shall not be the source of treatment capacity for the Annexing <br />Territory. <br />3. The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property located in the <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: <br />All that certain real property as described in the deed recorded in San Mateo <br />County Doc. 00- 072880 and 00- 076869 and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of said Lot 46 with <br />southerly line of said California Way; thence from said Point of Beginning, <br />South 25 9 44'00" West 207.77 feet along said westerly line to the <br />southwesterly corner thereof; thence South 51 East 24.42 feet and <br />North 88 2 07'20" East 104.00 feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot <br />47; thence North 17 2 45'40" East along the easterly line of said Lot and <br />continuing along the northeasterly prolongation thereof, 202 feet more or <br />less to the intersection with centerline of California Way (50 feet in width); <br />thence in a westerly direction along said centerline 94 feet more or less to <br />the intersection thereof with the northeasterly prolongation of said westerly <br />line of Lot 46; thence southwesterly along said prolongation 25 feet more <br />or less to a point in the aforementioned southerly line of California Way <br />and the Point of Beginning. <br />(Containing .53 acres more or less; aka A.P.N. 068 - 173 -050 and 068 -173- <br />060) <br />4.
