<br />,- <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />SWC:mf 10/22/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8 722 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 2 7 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ASSIGNMENT OF THE RIGHTS <br />AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUBDIVIDER OF PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 80-5 SUBDIVISION; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, pursuant to Resolution <br /> <br />No. 8690, adopted September 8, 1980, conditionally approved and <br /> <br />accepted the final map of Parcel Map 80~5 Subdivision, one of <br /> <br />which conditions was that the owner of record of this property <br /> <br />which is the subject of this proposed subdivision enter into a <br /> <br />subdivision improvement agreement for the construction of certain <br /> <br />public improvements in connection therewith; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of record of the property which is the <br /> <br />subject of the proposed subdivision has requested that the City <br /> <br />approve an assignment to James C. Mengel all of her rights and <br /> <br />responsibilities pursuant to the aforementioned subdivision <br /> <br />improvement agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Redwood City is willing to approve such <br /> <br />an assignment to James C. Mengel and to authorize the execution <br /> <br />of a new agreement with James C. Mengel for the improvement of <br /> <br />Parcel Map 80-5 Subdivision; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council hereby approves the assignment to James C. Mengel <br /> <br />of all rights and responsibilities previously given to Ann L. Preston <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 8690, adopted September 8, 1980, and <br /> <br />further approves that certain agreement entitled "Improvement <br /> <br />Agreement - Parcel Map No. 80-5 Subdivision" by and between the <br /> <br />_______ _.-C __L~ _1- ______""'".......~ <br />
