<br />o <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />CGM:ks <br /> <br />9/30/80 <br /> <br />OCT <br /> <br />6 1980 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 870 5 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED <br />PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of certain <br /> <br />property (fire hose); and <br /> <br />.: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council received evidence that the above <br /> <br />property is not needed for present or prospective municipal or <br /> <br />public purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said property at <br /> <br />a value of less than $1,000.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />declare said property surplus and authorize its sale in accordance <br /> <br />with Section 3-1/2(d) of the Charter of the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. That this Counc~l hereby finds that the city-owned property <br /> <br />(fire hose) is not now needed for any municipal or public purposes <br /> <br />and will not be needed for any municipal or public purposes in the <br /> <br />future, and hereby declares said property to be surplus property. <br /> <br />2.
