<br />- <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:wb 5/14/80 <br /> <br />8 601 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 2 1980 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />(1979-1980); AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the Construction of the Water Main <br /> <br />Replacement Project (1979-1980); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval there- <br /> <br />of and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids <br /> <br />for the performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Water Main Replacement <br /> <br />Project (1979-1980)" and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Water Main Replacement Project (1979-1980)," on file in the <br /> <br />office of the Department of Publ~c Works, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to <br /> <br />be in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth <br /> <br />in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
