CHECKLIST OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ISSUES
All items on the Initial Study Checklist that have been checked"Less Than Significant with Mitigation
Measures Incorporated","less Than Significant Impact"or"No Impact"indicate that,upon evaluation,Port
staff has determined that the proposed Multi-Agency Maritime Facility project could not have a significant
adverse environmental effect relating to that issue or that the impact could be mitigated to the level where it
would no longer be considered significantly adverse. A discussion is included for most issues checked"Less
Than Significant with Mitigation Incorporation","less Than Significant Impact"or"No Impact". In the
possibility that an item has been checked"Potentially Significant",further analysis in an Environmental Impact
Report(EIR)would be warranted,if such were required.
For each checklist item, the evaluation has considered the impacts of the proposed project individually,as well
as cumulatively,in the context of other projects in or near the Multi-Agency Facility project site.
Port of Redwood City Multi-Agency Maritime Facility 10 February 2010
Initial Study
