9. The Negative Declaration is adequate and in full compliance with the <br /> requirements of CEQA. <br /> 10. The Negative Declaration adequately describes all control measures <br /> which are reasonably required to mitigate the impacts of the Project. <br /> 11. The Negative Declaration, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked <br /> Exhibit "A," is hereby adopted. <br /> 12. Any and all findings and determinations set forth in the Negative <br /> Declaration are hereby adopted and incorporated by this reference. <br /> 13. The payments of expenditures, costs and fees associated with the <br /> filing of the Notice of Determination are authorized. <br /> 14. The Port Executive Director is authorized and requested to file a <br /> Notice of Determination. <br /> 15.
