<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />May 9. 1994 <br /> <br />MO. 94-131 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: May 12, 1994 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br />City Attorney <br />Council <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Community Forum <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 9, 1994. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Gasparini, Claire, Greenalch, La Berge, Sanfilipo, Steinfeld <br />and Mayor Buchan <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />Council Members discussed the request by the two aforementioned <br />Neighborhood Associations, and Council's desire to respond to this specific <br />request from these neighborhood groups. Mayor Buchan suggested that since a <br />policy discussion was not listed on the agenda, that the Council consider future <br />meetings in other neighborhoods at a later time, after the community forum in <br />Friendly Acres and Hoover/Middlefield has taken place and the process has been <br />eval uated. <br /> <br />MOTION CARRIED ON THE FOLLOWING VOICE VOTE: <br />AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS CLAIRE, GASPARINI, GREENALCH, <br />LA BERGE, STEINFELD AND MAYOR BUCHAN <br />NOES: COUNCILMAN SANFILIPO <br /> <br /> <br />M~o~e~~ <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
