(304) <br /> <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Hartnett determined it was the consensus of the Council to <br /> vote on the proposed Resolution without the proposed change order, and consider the <br /> recommendation for a change order at a future date. <br /> <br />Arlyn C.
