<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />HP Homes <br />301 Island Parkway, Suite 201 <br />Belmont, CA 94002 <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Property <br />301 Island Parkway, Suite 101 <br />Belmont, Ca 94002 <br /> <br />Planning Director <br />City of Redwood City <br />101 7 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, Ca 94063 <br /> <br />Re: Findings, Conclusions and Order On Appeal of Approval By <br />Redwood City Planning Commission of Tentative Map And <br />Planned Development Permit For Development of 244 <br />Condominium Units Located at 900 Davit Lane, Redwood City, <br />California <br /> <br />Hearing having been duly noticed and held by this Council on <br />August 1, 1994, on the appeal of The Manors Homeowners Association and The <br />Lakeshore Townhome Homeowners Association ("Appellants") of the approval <br />by the Redwood City Planning Commission of a tentative subdivision map and <br />a planned development permit to subdivide and develop a 12.73 acre parcel of <br />real property (the "Property") into a 244-unit condominium project (the <br />"Project") located at 900 Davit Lane, Redwood City, California, Appellants, the <br />developers of the Project, the owner of the Property, the Zoning Administrator, <br />and all other persons interested in the matter having been heard and having been <br />given the opportunity to be heard, and this Council having fully considered the <br />matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, this Council hereby finds, concludes and <br />orders as follows: <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />1. The Property is located in the R-4 (Multi-Family-Medium Density) <br />Zoning district (S9.1 et seq., Ordinance No. 1130, as amended, the Redwood <br />City Zoning Ordinance [all section references hereinafter are to said Zoning <br />Ordinance unless otherwise indicated]). <br /> <br />2. The Property is owned by Redwood Shores Properties, Inc., (the <br />"Owners"). <br />
