<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER <br /> <br />A. The appeals should be, and hereby are, denied. <br /> <br />B. The approvals of the planned development permit and tentative <br />subdivision map for the Project are hereby affirmed; provided, that in addition <br />to all other conditions of approval imposed by the Planning Commission, the <br />following conditions are attached to the aforesaid affirmance: <br /> <br />1. A fence or wall shall be constructed along the frontage of the <br />proposed park on Davit Lane in such manner as to limit exposure <br />of persons using the park to traffic on Davit Lane and the privately- <br />owned extension thereof into the Project; and <br /> <br />11. The proposed gate across the privately-owned extension of Davit <br />Lane into the Project shall be eliminated from the Project. <br /> <br />C.
