<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />August 1. 1994 <br /> <br />MO. 94-187 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: August 3, 1994 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br />City Attorney <br />Council Legislative Committee <br />Police Chief <br /> <br />SUBJECT: "Tough on Crime" Bill (301-06) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 1, 1994. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Gasparini, Greenalch, La Berge, Sanfilipo, Steinfeld <br />and Mayor Buchan <br /> <br />Absent: Vice Mayor Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />Letter from Mayor Campbell of San Juan Capistrano regarding support for <br />"tough on crime" bills pending before the State Legislature. (301-06) <br /> <br />Mayor Buchan described the letter and actions requested by Mayor Campbell. <br />Council discussion ensued. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Buchan determined it to be the consensus of the Council <br />to refer this matter to the Council Legislative Committee. <br /> <br />~r~ <br /> <br />Arlyn C.
