(301-06) <br /> <br />Mayor Buchan described the letter and actions requested by Mayor Campbell. <br />Council discussion ensued. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Buchan determined it to be the consensus of the Council <br />to refer this matter to the Council Legislative Committee. <br /> <br />~r~ <br /> <br />Arlyn C.
