<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />No facts have been adduced which would support that contention. The use <br />permit as issued by the Zoning Administrator adequately addresses any potential <br />misuse of the aforesaid feature (Use Permit, condition 2, supra). <br /> <br />CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER <br /> <br />A. The establishment, maintenance or operation of the use permitted under <br />the use permit as issued by the Zoning Administrator, with conditions, will not, under <br />the circumstances of the particular case, be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, <br />morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons residing or working in the <br />neighborhood of the proposed use, nor will said establishment, maintenance or <br />operation be detrimental or injurious to property or improvements in the neighborhood <br />or to the general welfare of the City. <br /> <br />B. The use permit as granted by the Zoning Administrator, dated May 26, <br />1994, with conditions, adequately provides for compliance with the ADA and other <br />requirements of law pertaining to the provision of restroom facilities. <br /> <br />C. Said use permit adequately provides for traffic ingress and egress from <br />and to the Project, such that traffic congestion on Woodside Road or other hazardous <br />traffic conditions shall be minimized. <br /> <br />D. Said use permit adequately provides for enforcement of the sign <br />regulations of the City of Redwood City and there is no evidence which would suggest <br />that Applicant would not comply with said regulation. <br /> <br />E. The appeal should be, and is hereby, denied. <br /> <br />F.
