<br />Contractor agrees to timely and accurate report on each CDBG-R grant in IDIS. <br />Section 1512 of the Recovery Act requires that not later than 10 days after the end <br />of each calendar quarter, each recipient that received recovery funds from a <br />federal agency shall submit a report to that agency that contains: <br />(a) the total amount of recovery funds received from that agency; <br />(b) the amount of recovery funds received that were expended or obligated to <br />projects or activities; and <br />(c) a detailed list of all projects or activities for which recovery funds were <br />expended or obligated, including: <br /> <br />1 . the name of the project or activity; <br />2. a description of the project or activity; <br />3. an evaluation of the completion status of the project or activity; <br />4. an estimate of the number of jobs created and the number of jobs <br />retained by the project or activity; and <br />5. for infrastructure investments made by State and local governments, the <br />purposes, total cost, and rationale of the agency for funding the <br />infrastructure investment with funds made available under the Recovery <br />Act and the name of the person to contact at the agency if there are <br />concerns with infrastructure investment. <br /> <br />Not later than 30 calendar days after the end of each calendar quarter, each <br />agency that made Recovery Act funds available to any recipient shall make the <br />information in reports submitted publicly available by posting the information on a <br />website. <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with the reporting requirements established for CDBG-R <br />funding. All grantees, sub-recipients and contractors desiring to participate in the <br />CDBG-R program must obtain a Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) <br />number. A DUNS number may be requested via the web at <br />http://www.Qrants.Qov/applciants/request duns number.isp. Pursuant to Title XV, <br />Section 1512 of the Recovery Act, funding recipients that are required to report <br />information per subsection (c)(4) of the Recovery Act must register with the Central <br />Contractor Registration (CCR) database. <br /> <br />Each CDBG-R activity, regardless of eligibility category and national objective, will <br />report on the regular CDBG accomplishments and performance measures for that <br />activity, and on the number of jobs created and retained, if applicable. <br /> <br />7. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable Federal regulations and <br />requirements and provisions of California law pertaining to this project, as <br />described in, but not limited to, the provisions in Exhibit liB" which are incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />8. Contractor agrees that consistent with the requirements of Section 1605 of the <br />Recovery Act that all iron, steel and manufactured goods used in construction, <br />alteration, repair, or maintenance of a public building or public work project <br />assisted with funds under the Recovery Act must be produced in the United States, <br />unless the Secretary finds that: (a) the requirement is inconsistent with public <br />interest; (b) those goods are not reasonably available or produced in sufficient <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2010.009 <br />021610 <br /> <br />5 <br />
